The John Bosco Youth Centre provides a space for groups (parishes, schools and clubs) to run programs and retreats. The Youth Ministry team facilitates many different kinds of retreats.  In particular the Centre and YMT offer a program called ‘Love Matters’.  This program is designed to help teach young people to combat the AIDS epidemic in South Africa with a positive attitude and understanding towards sexuality. Volunteers in this placement work as part of the Youth Ministry Team.
