The Don Bosco Camp has been running for over 60 years. It is just over an hour’s drive south of Melbourne. In the tradition of Don Bosco, the Camp is committed to supporting young people, especially the disadvantaged by offering recreational, retreat and educational experiences in short term, group settings. The site is open to a wide range of community groups including schools, youth groups, sporting and community organisations. In the summer and winter the camp runs very popular holiday programs. Volunteers in this placement live and work at the camp assisting to various degrees with the groups and general camp life.

Don Bosco Youth and Recreation Centre is in St Marys in western Sydney. The aim of the Centre is to enrich the lives of all young people who attend, particularly those most in need, to help them become responsible citizens and happy people. The Centre seeks to provide a safe and fun environment, and the opportunity to use their leisure time in creative and positive ways. Volunteers participate in the general running of the youth centre and interaction with young people.
